Visitor Management allows approved visitors who have been invited to the Visitor Check-in mobile app and have at least one student linked to their profile to streamline the guardian-initiated student check-in and check-out process (Click here to learn more). Once the visitor downloads the app and sets up their account, they can schedule late check-ins and early check-outs for their student(s) (Click here to learn more). Please see the below steps to learn how guardians can schedule a student late check-in using the mobile app:

Student Late Check-in

1. Log In with Email and Password used during Account Setup
2. Select Student Late Check-in
3. Select the Date & Time for the student late check-in
4. Select the School Building for the student late check-in
   1. Note: If there is only one student or more than one student in the same school building, the school building will display without the need for a selection.
5. Select the Student(s) to be checked in late. Multiple selection is allowed.
   1. Note: Only students linked to the Visitor profile and enrolled in the selected building will display for selection
6. Select the Reason for checking in late
7. Click Schedule Late Check-in
8. User will see a generated QR code for the Late Check-in and the below buttons:
   1. Edit Late Check-in 
      1. Users can select this option to make any needed updates
   2. Return to Home 
      1. Users can select this option to navigate back to the home page
9. When the guardian arrives at the school with the student, they can access their QR Code by:
   1. Opening the mobile app
   2. Click on the ellipsis on the event card for the Late check-in 
   3. Click View Late Check-in

10. Alternatively, the guardian can go to the front office to complete the Late Check-in. The front office staff will see the student's scheduled late check-in on the Students page → Scheduled tab. To learn more about the staff-assisted student late check-in process, click here. 

Once a Student Late Check-in is scheduled, the guardian will see an Event Card added to their home page. Allowing quick access to the below options, if needed.
