Mobile App - How to Invite Visitors
Learn how to invite users to the mobile app.
District Admins, Building Admins and Staff Users can invite existing visitors to use the mobile application in scenarios in which visitors are allowed to schedule visits ahead of time. Once the visitor downloads the application and sets up their account, they are then able to schedule visits ahead of time, please click here to learn more.
How to Invite Individual Visitor to use Mobile App
District Admin, Building Admin or Staff User will:
- Navigate to the Visitor Profile of the individual Visitor to be invited
- Click the ellipses and select Send Mobile App Invitation
- If Send Mobile App Invitation is disabled, a mobile number needs to be added to the Visitor Profile
- An SMS text with the needed invite code needed to create a mobile app account will be sent to the visitor
How to Invite Multiple Visitors in Bulk to use Mobile App
District Admin, Building Admin or Staff User will:
- Navigate to the Visitor Page → List View
- Select all visitors that need to be invited - (Mobile App invites can only be sent to visitors with a mobile number added to their Visitor Profile)
- The Mobile Number column will show Added if there is a mobile number added on the Visitor Profile and Not Added if there is not a mobile number added on the Visitor Profile
- Click in +Bulk Actions and select Send Mobile App Invitation
- An SMS text with the needed invite code needed to create a mobile app account will be sent to all selected visitors
How to Download Mobile App:
The Visitor will:
- Receive an SMS text with an invite code
- Use the invite code to create an account in the mobile app

How to Create Mobile App Account:
The Visitor will:
- Open the app and select Create Account
- Use the code provided in the text to create a Visitor Account
- Enter their Email Address and set a password
- The visitor will be able to log into their account
How to Reset Forgotten Password:
The Visitor will:
- Click on Forgot Password on the Log In screen
- Enter their Email Address
- Follow the instructions in the email sent to reset their password
- Use the new password to log into the mobile app
How to Edit Password:
The Visitor will:
- Log into their account
- Click on the icon with their initials on the top right of the screen
- Click on Edit Password
- Enter and confirm new password and click Save New Password
- Use the new password to log into the mobile app
How to Edit Email:
The Visitor will:
- Log into their account
- Click on the icon with their initials on the top right of the screen
- Click on Edit Email
- Edit the current email and click Save Changes
- Use the new email to log into the mobile app
- Note: The new email will also be updated on their Visitor Profile in Visitor Management.
