Visitor Management allows approved visitors who have been invited to the Visitor Check-in mobile app and have at least one student linked to their profile to streamline the guardian-initiated student check-in and check-out process (Click here to learn more). Once the visitor downloads the app and sets up their account, they can schedule late check-ins and early check-outs for their student(s) (Click here to learn more). Please see the below steps to learn how guardians can schedule a student early check-out using the mobile app:

Student Early Check-out

1. Log In with Email and Password used during Account Setup
2. Select Student Early Check-out
3. Select the Date & Time for the student early check-out
4. Select the School Building for the student early check-out
   1. Note: If there is only one student or more than one student in the same school building, the school building will display without the need for a selection.
5. Select the Student(s) to be checked out early. Multiple selection is allowed.
   1. Notes:
      1. Only students linked to the Visitor profile and enrolled in the selected building will display for selection. 
      2. If a student has custody instructions linked to both their profile and that of the guardian (Visitor Profile), then the guardian will see the following message and will not be able to schedule the student early check-out:
         1. “Unable to Check Student Out - This student is not allowed to be checked out early. Please contact the front office for further assistance.”
6. Select the Reason for checking out early
7. Click Schedule Early Check-out
8. User will see a generated QR code for the Early Check-out and the below buttons:
   1. Edit Early Check-out 
      1. Users can select this option to make any needed updates 
   2. Return to Home 
      1. User can select this option to navigate back to the home page
9. When the guardian arrives at the school with the student, they can access their QR code by:
   1.  Click on the ellipsis on the event card for the Early Check-out
   2. Click View Early Check-out

10. Alternatively, the guardian can go to the front office to complete the Early Check-out. The front office staff will see the student's scheduled early check-out on the Students page → Scheduled tab. To learn more about the staff-assisted student early check-out process, click here. 

Once a Student Early Check-out is scheduled, the guardian will see an Event Card added to their home page. Allowing quick access to the below options, if needed.
