Managing Attachments in a Case
Learn how to easily manage attachments in a case to improve document organization and accessibility.
- Log into Case Manager.
- Select the Cases tab.
- Alternatively, cases can be found on homepage under Open Cases Assigned to You.
- Select the View button to open a specific case.
- Alternatively, cases can be found on homepage under Open Cases Assigned to You.
- Next to the case number, select the three-dot Vertical Ellipsis.
- Select View.
- Click the drop down arrow next to Attachments.
- Select Files.
- View File:
- Hover over file and click the three-dot Vertical Ellipsis.
- Select Download.
- Remove File:
- Hover over file and click three-dot Vertical Ellipsis.
- Select Remove.
- Add additional files:
- Drag-and-drop a file, or click browse to upload.
