User Permissions:

User will need Manage System Customization permissions to complete the following steps.

  1. Log into Case Manager.
  2. Select Admin tab.
  3. Click Manage Models node and select Process Models tab.
  4. Click Create new. 
  5. Enter Process Model Details.
    1. Name (Required)
    2. Description
    3. Note
  6.  Click Start.
  7.  Initial Case Information
    1. Click ADD CUSTOM FIELDS.
    2. Drag and Drop custom fields to desired areas.
    3. Classifications (Optional)
    4. Include Tasks (Optional)
    5. Include Resources (Optional)
    6. Include Tags (Optional)
    7. Link Process Models 
      1. Click Add Process Models.
    8. Click Save. 
  8. Process Steps 
    1. To add additional sections to model, click ADD SECTION.
      1. Name the section.
      2. Click ADD CUSTOM FIELDS.
      3. Drag and Drop custom fields to desired areas.
      4. Click Save.
  9.  To enable/disable Tagging Users, toggle the switch on/off.

  10. Once complete with customization, click Publish.
