Attachments are uploaded for cases to have more information to work through a case to resolve and review it. As long as cases are assigned to you- you can upload attachments.
On the left side of the case screen under “Attachments”, you will be able to view all relevant case attachments.
Click “Attachments…> Files”
- You will be able to view the existing attachments.
- You also have the option to drag and drop additional files or browse to upload.
- Select your file(s).
- The file(s) now be added to the rest of the attachments.
Throughout reviewing a case, you will be able to input attachments in these sections additional sections: Assessment Findings, Interviews, Threat Response, Safety Interview, and the Case Safety Plan sections. The Teams tab will also allow you to add meeting logs and add an attachment.
