  1. Log into Case Manager. 
  2. Select the Cases tab.
    1.  Alternatively, cases can be found on homepage under Open Cases Assigned to You. 
      1. Select the View button to open a specific case.
  3. Next to the case number, select the three-dot Vertical Ellipsis.
  4. Select View.
  5. Click the drop down arrow next to Attachments.
  6. Select Files.
    1. View File:
      1. Hover over file and click the three-dot Vertical Ellipsis.
      2. Select Download.
    2. Remove File:
      1. Hover over file and click three-dot Vertical Ellipsis. 
      2. Select Remove.
    3. Add additional files: 
      1. Drag-and-drop a file, or click browse to upload.
