Edit Substitute Visits

  1. Log into Visitor Management as a Staff User, District Admin or Building Admin 
  2. Navigate to the Staff page and click on the Visit History tab. 
  3. Locate the Substitute in the list and click on the ellipsis in the Actions column
  4. Click on Edit Visit
  5. Update the needed information:
    1. Check-in time
    2. Check-out time
    3. Teacher being Substituted for 
  6. Click Save Changes

Delete Substitute Visits

  1. Log into Visitor Management as a Staff User, District Admin or Building Admin 
  2. Navigate to the Staff page and click on the Visit History tab. 
  3. Locate the Substitute in the list and click on the ellipsis in the Actions column
  4. Click on Delete Visit
  5. Confirm the delete by selecting Delete Visit 
    1. Note: This action cannot be undone
