We want to inform you that this morning, Monday, March 2nd, we have been made aware of issues affecting all Clever SSO users when accessing Compass Curriculum. We understand the inconvenience this presents and recognize that it impacts your ability to leverage critical features.
What we know:
As of 8:34 am EST on 03/3/2026, Clever SSO authentication is currently inaccessible. Users attempting to access Compass Curriculum through Clever SSO could see the following errors: “no access token” or “user does not have access to this site.”
Path to resolution:
The Compass Curriculum engineering teams are working diligently to find the root cause and deploy a fix to restore Clever SSO as promply as possible.
