If your school is syncing with Clever or ClassLink, your staff groups/classes should be updated each night. However, if you need to re-sync your groups before then your primary PBIS Rewards Admin is able to re-sync synced groups to update them in PBIS Rewards. Select “Groups” from the left-side main menu. To locate the button, find the header of the synced groups. Select the button on the right to sync your groups to the most recent information available from Clever or ClassLink.
