CSTAG: Admin Menu
This article provides an overview of the admin menu within BTA CSTAG Model, outlining the different functions and settings for users to manage.
Admin Menus
You must be granted appropriate permissions to access the following Admin menu and features.
Settings
Navigate to the Admin Menu on the upper part of the screen.
Admin User options include:
Metrics
- This is the primary Admin dashboard. It provides high-level detail about case activity and also case reporting.
Requests
- User Requests: Manage requests from users to perform actions they do not possess permission to complete.
- Case Transfer Requests: Manage case transfers between districts.

- Extension Requests: Used when deadlines are part of your site.
Manage Users
- Add new team members that are not part of your SIS.

Manage Users
- Enable and access a users account settings via the vertical ellipsis on the right to update/view users: Basic Info, Change Password, Notification Preferences, and Permissions.
- You can also disable the selected user or resend a welcome email at the bottom of the Basic Info screen.

Manage Guidance
- Disable pre-loaded Case Guidance that is not wanted or add your own Guidance to each management section.
