User Permissions

User must have both Manage Cases and Manage Teams permissions to complete the following steps.

Click here for more information on how to manage a user’s permissions.

 
  1. Log into Case Manager.
  2. Select Cases tab. 
  3. Select My Cases or All Cases.
  4. Next to desired case, click the three-dot Vertical Ellipsis and select View.
  5. Next to the case number, click the three-dot Vertical Ellipsis and select Edit User Access.
  6. Click Add Teams(s) and select team.
  7. Set team permissions to Read/Write or Read Only. 
  8. Click Close. 

    Individual Guests

    To add an individual guest, follow the steps above, but in step 6, click the 'Add Case Guests' button instead.
