Annual TEA data collection involves triaging cases for specific reporting requirements utilizing the state's SSSP Data Collection Tool. This guide illustrates how to use the TX 2024/2025 Reporting Requirements component to satisfy these requirements.
- The TX 2024/2025 Reporting Requirements component (which can be added to a given model by users with the Manage Customization permission) is designed to align with TEA’s SSSP Data Collection Tool
- Answers provided to TX 2024/2025 Reporting Requirements component questions will be grouped together in Excel-based District-Wide Case Reports or Team Reports for a given model, as shown below
- Values from the component are available on a per-case basis; if a question has been left blank in a given case, the export cell will be empty

How to Add the 2024/2025 Texas Reporting Requirements Component
As a refresher, the TX 2024/20245 Reporting Requirements component can be added to a given model by users with the Manage Customization permission by editing the model in the Manage Models node of the Admin tab in BCM:
- When editing a model, the component can be found under the Predefined Components section. It can be added using customization options to a new or existing section of a given model

- Note: if adding the component to retroactively capture data from users, the edit will need to be applied to all existing cases and new cases; this option is available when selecting a model for editing under the Manage Models node of the Admin tab
