Whether for internal gap analysis, merging with external data, or year-end compliance reporting, users with the Manage Cases permission can export full case details for a given process, including all questions and inputs, into Excel.

  • Users with Manage Cases permission can access the Metrics tab; Reports is located at the bottom of the Metrics tab
  • Reports allows authorized users to export a range of options, including those tailored to specific case types
  • For a given case type, users can select from several options:
    • Case Creation Date toggle allows for switching between case creation date or incident occurred date as parameters
    • Date range allows for selecting desired date range for a given report
    • Versions: as a model is edited by administrators, versions are created to preserve existing cases in their current state. The Version in Reports details when a given version was used and how many cases were created with the template; one or more version can be selected for export
  • Once selections are complete, Export allows for creation and download of a given report in Excel format
  • Exports include rows for each case within a given timeframe, and columns for the questions or inputs within a given model
  • Filtering a given column allows for counts of a given variable or answer; this includes any custom fields or state-specific data collection questions appended to NTAC, CSTAG, or other process
  • Note: Team Leaders can use the Reporting Tab when viewing their Teams to export cases specific to their teams
