Monitor Mental Health & Prevention Assignment Completion for Admins
As an Admin User, learn efficient ways to track and monitor assignment completion progress.
For Admin Users, there are 3 options for monitoring completion. Expand each choice below to learn more:
– The MH Group Assignments page provides completion percentages for the district/school by assignment.
– The Gradebook shows individual completion data for multiple assignments by grade, instructor, or class.
– The Summary Report provides completion percentages for multiple assignments by month, grade level or class.
Admins can export data from any of the above methods.
From the MH Group Assignments Section
Instructors and Admin can view overall completion percentages from the MH Group Assignments page.
Step 1: Open the “Assignments” drop down and click on “MH Group Assignments”.

Step 2: Search for the assignment you are monitoring or filter the list using the column headers.

Step 3: The Complete column shows the percentage of students who have completed the lesson.
Note: Use the Summary page to view completion percentages by class.

Step 4: To view individual student data, click on the 3 dots in the Actions column, then select View Lessons.

Step 5: Export results or use the Advanced Search to filter the list by class completion status, etc. When using Advanced Search, click Apply after selecting a new filter setting to refresh the lesson list below.
Note: To view data for multiple assignments, visit the Gradebook or Summary Report.

From the Gradebook
Instructors and Admins can view completion data for specific rosters and individual students from the gradebook.
Step 1: While on the Mental Health tab, click on "Go to gradebook" at the top of the page under your name. The gradebook is also accessible from the left side menu by clicking on the “Gradebook” drop-down and selecting “Mental Health”.


Step 2: Filter the gradebook by name, class, or assignment, if needed.

Step 3: Use the completion icons and key to view the status of each assignment by student. Quickly sort the list by start date to find current or previous lessons.

From the Summary Report
Admin can view individual class completion percentages from the Summary Report.
Step 1: Open the “Reporting” drop down on the left side menu. Select “Mental Health Summary”.

Step 2: Scroll down to Assignments. If needed, filter the data by month, grade, or class. This will automatically update the Total Assignments, Assignments Completed, and Completion Rate.

Step 3: View completion data for each lesson under the Lesson header, according to the filters chosen in Step 2.

Step 4: For a more detailed view, click on the completion percentage. A list of students in the selected class or grade level will show in a new tab. Export the results or filter the list further using the Advanced Search. Click Apply after changing any filter settings to refresh the page.
