Learn how to efficiently assign the Character Ed, Resiliency, and Prevention preset curricula to students in this comprehensive guide.
You must be an Admin User in order to assign the Preset Curriculum.
Only ONE admin user per school/district should assign the preset to prevent creation of duplicate assignments.

Step 1: From the Admin home page, select the tab of the curriculum you would like to assign. Remember,
Character Ed: K-5
Resiliency Ed: 6-12
Prevention: K-12
Step 2: Locate the “Preset Curriculum” tile and select “Go to Preset Curriculum”
Step 3: Select the start and end date for the current school year. You’ll also select the start and end date for the preset curriculum. Click Save. If needed, click the green toggle to turn off the “Repeat on Fail” option.
Step 4: Click “Select Grade”
To assign lessons to specific schools, District Admin can choose a school from the drop down first. School Admin will only have the “Select Grade” option.
Step 5: Select a grade level or click next to select a grade band. The grade band option allows multiple grades to be selected. Click “Confirm”.
Step 6: Click “Load Preset Curriculum”
Step 7: Click the pencil icon to edit an assignment’s date range. Adjust the week number, start date, or end date to move an assignment. Set the week number to “0” to remove the lesson from the schedule. Then, click Save.
Note: If you choose a grade band in step 5, then lessons will adjust for each grade level in that specific grade band.
Step 8: Click “Preview & Assign” on the right side of the curriculum schedule once all dates are set.
Step 9: Verify any changes and click “Confirm” in the bottom right corner to finalize the selected dates.
