Visitor Management allows all users to access the Self-Serve Kiosk link for their building. Please follow the below steps to learn how to access the Self-Serve Kiosk page and open or copy the link:
- Log into Visitor Management.
- Navigate to the Device Settings page by clicking the gear icon on the side navigation menu.
- Select the Self-Serve Kiosk tab.
- User will see each kiosk link that has been created by an admin user on the Self-Serve Setup page.
- To assign a specific Self-Serve kiosk to the currently logged in user, click on the Assign to Me toggle.
- If a Self-Serve kiosk is already assigned to another user, clicking the Assign to Me toggle will reassign it to the currently logged in user without needing to manually change the link that is being used on the Self-Serve station.
- When assigned to a Self-Serve kiosk:
- All badges for check-ins/check-outs performed on the kiosk will be sent to the user's profile and will print via their saved Default Printer settings.
- User will be able to click on Open Self-Serve Kiosk Link to directly navigate to the Self-Serve Kiosk Welcome page.
- User will be able to click on Copy Self-Serve Kiosk Link to copy the link to the Self-Serve Kiosk Welcome page to be opened on another page or machine.
Self-Serve Setup
In order for this link to be available to all users, a District or Building Admin must enable and configure the needed options on the Self-Serve Setup page in Admin Settings.
