Detect Sending Alert to Case Manager

When utilizing Detect in tangent with our Behavioral Threat Assessment Case Manager, there may be circumstances where you receive an alert within Detect that you would like to submit or forward to the Case Manager to use the content to open a case.
Step 1: From the Signals page, locate and select the incident that you would like to act upon.
Step 2: Click on the Share button, located to the right of the focused alert.
Step 3: Select the option Report to Case Manager
Step 4: Review and add additional notes to the Alert preview, if needed. Step 5: Click Send.
Step 6: Log into the BTA case manager.
Step 7: Click on the Cases Tab.
Step 8: Click on the Potential Cases from Other Services drop down.
Step 9: Select the recently sent case.
Step 10: Assign the Alert to a Team and click on the Create Case From Queue Case drop down to select model to build case using the Alert content.
