Search for Users

  1. Log into Visitor Management as a District Admin or Building Admin 
  2. Navigate to the Admin Settings by clicking the key icon on the side navigation menu
    1. By default, the user is now on the Users tab
  3. Enter the First Name or Last Name of the user to filter
  4. If the user is not found, the following filter options can be applied:
    1. Toggle on the All Users in the District option
    2. Toggle on the Inactive Users Only option
