When a check-in is completed in the Visitor Management Suite, the In-Building status doesn't update automatically. The browser must refresh to show the update. For Google Chrome, a setting can allow VMS to update in real time.
- Select the 3 dots in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser and click Settings
- Navigate the Chrome Settings through these steps:
- Privacy and Security
- Site Settings
- Additional permissions
- Background Sync
- Next to “Allowed to finish sending and receiving data” - click Add
- Enter https://navigate360vm.com as the site and click Add to confirm
Note: It is recommended that these settings be updated on each device accessing VMS for consistency.
