Enhancements
Staff
All Tabs - District-Wide Staff Search:
All users will see a new search field added to the Staff page - accessible from any of the Staff tabs. This will allow users to quickly search for any staff profile across the district, view their profile, and check them in or out—regardless of their home building.
Visit History Tab - Building Column & Filter:
All Users will see a Building column and Building dropdown filter have been added to the Staff Visit History tab, making it easier to see where staff are checking in throughout the district.
Self-Serve Kiosk - Staff ID Search:
As long as an Admin has set Staff ID # on the Self-Serve Setup page, staff from the entire district will be able to use their Staff ID to check in or out at Self-Serve kiosks, even if there are no staff profiles with Staff IDs in the current building. The system will automatically expand the search district-wide as needed.
Students
Expanded Character Limit for “Specify Other Reason”:
When selecting “Other” during a Student Late Check‑in/ Early Check-out, users will see that the Specify Reason field now supports up to 50 characters and displays a character counter for clarity.
Mobile App - Visitors
Enhanced Mobile App Invites:
Users will see that the SMS message for inviting a Visitor to the mobile app now includes clearer instructions and a link that directs users to the Visitor Check‑In download page in their device’s app store.
Reports
Updated Visitor Report Exports:
Users will see that exported Visitor Reports now include a Destination column for improved visibility and reporting accuracy.
Issues Resolved
- Camera Scanning window displaying incorrectly on smaller screen sizes.
- White Screen errors when scanning Passports or Passport Cards.
