Syncing Student and Staff Accounts
If PBIS Rewards is syncing data for your school, student and staff accounts created by the data must have their email addresses updated by the synced data. Please reach out to your schools technical support for assistance updating your email in the school information system. Note: It may take up to three days to see the change populate in PBIS Rewards since the school information system will update Clever/ClassLink and then Clever/ClassLink will update PBIS Rewards through the nightly sync.

Manual Staff Accounts
If your staff account was manually created in PBIS Rewards, please reach out to an admin to have your email address updated. A PBIS Rewards admin will need to find your account on the staff page and update your email address using the edit pencil. You can locate the list of Admins by selecting “School Info” in the drop-down under your name in the upper-right hand corner of PBIS Rewards.

Manual Student Accounts
If your students have been manually uploaded with a CSV or created individually, an admin can edit the email addresses individually using the edit pencil for those accounts on the student screen.

To add or update many or all student email addresses for manually created student accounts, the PBIS Rewards admin will use the email importer.

Here is how:

  1. Select “Settings” from the left-side menu.
  2. Next, select “Email Importer.”
  3. Download the template using “Download Template” and fill in the the Student ID numbers and the Student New Email addresses only following the on screen guide. You only need to enter email addresses that need to be updated.
  4. Use the “Select File” button to choose the CSV file on your local machine. Please note, you must save the file locally because will not be able to select a file from the cloud or shared drives.
  5. Select “Upload File” to populate the new student email addresses in the student profiles listed on the student screen.
