Enable the Silent Automatic E911 Call to First Responders
With Connect360, your organization can enable E911 to silently and automatically contact 911 (PSAP) when an alarm is activated.
E911 can be activated by:
- Computer panic buttons
- Wall-mounted panic buttons
- Wearable panic buttons
- Emergency Management Alarm Activation

There are two configuration options for enabling E911:
- Apply E911 Call to All Alarms - Enable it directly in Emergency Response Teams (ERT) settings.
- Customize E911 Call to Certain Alarms - Use this method when only certain incident types should silently call 911.
If both options are enabled, two phone calls will be sent to 911. We recommend only using one method.
REMINDERS:
- Only Zones enabled for E911 will send the automatic E911 call.
- E911 Configurations are completed in the 911Cellular Portal
Apply E911 to All Alarms
Review your active Emergency Response Team members to see if Emergency Call is enabled. If you do not see a listing that has Phone = 911, you are not currently using this method to send the silent alarm to 911.

1. Click Add Team Member.
2. Enter First and Last Name - Emergency Call

Reminder: Before customizing workflows, confirm the "Emergency Call" Emergency Response Team is disabled. If both Emergency Response Team and Workflows are enabled, two E911 calls will be sent.
