Note: This functionality is only available if the Volunteer Management module was purchased.

 

 

Volunteer Portal

District Admins can set up the needed Admin - Volunteer Management Volunteer Portal settings to enable the Volunteer Portal and set the Portal Logo. This functionality is only available to District Admins, not Building Admins. 

  1. Log into Visitor Management as a District Admin  
  2. Navigate to the Admin Settings by clicking the key icon on the side navigation menu
  3. Navigate to the Volunteer Management section and click on Volunteer Portal
  4. Toggle the Portal option to Enable/Disable Volunteer Portal
  5. If Enable/Disable Volunteer Portal is toggled off:
    1. User will be able to add a custom Portal Disabled Message for volunteers to see if they attempt to access the Volunteer Portal
  6. If Enable/Disable Volunteer Portal is toggled on:
    1. User will be able to add a Portal Logo (Image should be a 96 X 96 JPG or PNG.)
    2. User will be able to copy the URL link of the Volunteer portal to share out, as needed.
