Compass Behavior Intervention is a digital, multi-tiered behavioral support system that helps schools promote accountability, reinforce positive behavior, and cultivate a culture of respect and safety.
Aligned with MTSS and PBIS, it combines proactive and restorative practices to support all students and improve school climate, promoting positive student outcomes. Each Compass Behavior Intervention lesson has three parts – Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3.

| Tier 1: Preventative & Proactive Instruction |
• Designed to be used as a preventative and proactive lesson to teach universally expected behaviors.

| Tier 2: Targeted Intervention |
• Designed for first-time or minor repeated infractions with more practice and additional strategies for managing behavior.

| Tier 3: Intensive & Individualized Instruction |
• Designed for significant or ongoing behavioral challenges with continued practice and additional individualized strategies for managing behavior.

The Compass Behavior Intervention framework ensures consistent, restorative, and data-informed responses to student behavior. Through structured lessons and multi-tiered supports, schools can build positive relationships, reduce repeat infractions, and foster a culture of accountability and respect — ultimately helping every student succeed socially, emotionally, and academically.
