Learn how admin users can effectively track and manage Behavior Intervention assignment completion.
For Admin Users, there are two options for monitoring Behavior Intervention (BI) completion. Expand each choice below to learn more.
To export data use one of the following options:
– The BI Group Assignments page provides completion percentages for the district/school by Group Tier I assignments.
– The BI Assignments shows individual completion data for Tier I, II, or III assignments by grade, instructor, or class.
BI Group Assignments
Step 1: From the Admin home page, click on the Assignments tab. From the drop down, click on “BI Group Assignments” for Behavioral Intervention Group Assignments.
Step 2: Use the column headers to locate the lesson you would like to review or Enter Search Text (i.e. lesson title, assigned by).
Step 3: Once the lesson is located, click on the 3 dots in the Actions column then “View Lessons”.
Step 4: A list of students that were assigned the group lesson will populate with relevant details. Use the column headers to locate the student you would like to review or Enter Search Text (i.e. student name).
Step 5: Click on the 1, 2, 3 icon in the right hand column to view individual student quiz answers.
BI Assignments
Step 1: From the Admin home page, click on the Assignments tab. From the drop down, click on “BI Assignments” for Behavior Intervention Individual Assignments.
Step 2: Use the column headers to locate the lesson you would like to review or Enter Search Text (i.e. student’s name, lesson title).
Step 3: Once the lesson is located, completion can be verified by viewing Scores column (pre and post quiz) and/or Complete column (No, Yes, or Reviewed).
