We are excited to announce the launch of our updated Emergency Management Solution. The updated solution will provide you with enhanced safety, compliance and incident response features along with an even better user experience.
To ensure a seamless transition for the 2024-2025 school year, please refer to the information & necessary transition steps below.
Timeline for transitioning to the updated EMS:
The updated EMS (web/mobile application) will be launching in early Summer 2024. The current/classic EMS website & NaviGate Prepared mobile application will be sunset and no longer supported once the updated EMS launches; and all customers will begin using the updated EMS for the new 2024-2025 school year.
Steps necessary for a seamless transition to the updated EMS:
- Ensure all staff are using the appropriate mobile application as soon as possible
- Ensure all 2024-2025 Safety Plans are reviewed before the new school year begins
Ensure all staff is using Navigate360’s EMS mobile application
The NaviGate Prepared mobile application will no longer be supported after June 7th, 2024. All customers will use the current mobile application (Navigate360 EMS mobile app) moving forward. As a best practice to ensure a timely transition, all existing customers should download and begin using the Navigate360 EMS app as soon as possible. All current users can download and sign in to the mobile app using their current login credentials. Please refer to the links below for additional details & assistance with downloading and using the Navigate360 EMS mobile app:

Ensure all 2024-2025 Safety Plans are reviewed before marking complete for the new school year
For all customers currently using Safety Plans in the classic EMS, the 2023-2024 Safety Plan will be copied and transferred into the updated EMS during the summer. While template changes and variable content will be included in the copied Safety Plan, any necessary updates and textual changes should be applied before marking as complete for the 2024-2025 school year.
