Mapping buildings and alarm types:
Once the integration is setup, the buildings and alarm types are automatically synced. If an alarm type is added after the initial integration, it will also be automatically synced. There is nothing that the user needs to do once the integration is complete.
What to expect during an emergency alarm:
- Login to EM
- Activate an emergency alarm
- Select the alarm type and the sites affected
- User will mark their status and then be taken into the Alarm details screen
- The Emergency map will show for that building - click on the map to see it in a larger view
- Users can update the room in which the emergency is happening
- That room on the map will begin blinking
- Users can continue into Roll Call to account for students or they can go to the Command Center for more options

What to expect during a drill alarm:
The same functionality can be used during a drill alarm. The only difference is the ability to turn on/off the automatic call to 911.
- Login to EM
- Navigate to Rapid Alarm
- Click on the Practice button
- Here you can activate a drill alarm or training alarm
- If activating a drill alarm, users can toggle on/off the ability to Notify 911 (Coming Soon!!)

The same Command Center functionality from real alarms can be used during a drill alarm.
