911Cellular Portal Configuration: Whitelisting SSIDs
To enable Computer Panic Buttons in your district, all relevant SSID names must be whitelisted in the 911Cellular Portal.
Only activations on approved SSIDs will initiate an alarm. If an SSID is not whitelisted, the Panic Button will not function.
How to Configure SSIDs
- Go to Settings > Applications > Computer Panic Buttons > SSID Whitelist

Add an SSID:
- Click "+ Add SSID"
- Enter the SSID Name (Required)

Ensure Complete SSID Coverage:
- List all SSIDs that staff use to ensure they are whitelisted.
- If a staff member connects to an unlisted SSID, the Computer Panic Button will not function.
