Troubleshooting: Max Number of Views Reached
Understand how to address an issue with the maximum number of views on eLearning.
For eLearning courses that include a pre-test within Navigate360 Preparation & Response Training, users should complete the test in a single, continuous session. If users don't complete in a single session, you will see the “Max Number of Views Reached” error.
Please contact tech@navigate360.com with the registered email address and the name of the course. Our Support Team can help reset the test.
