During visitor check-in for ID webcam scanning, the system will now catch if numbers or special characters were captured.
- Front office staff can enter the visitor’s first and last name to continue the process (only if non-alphabetical characters were detected during the scan).
- Visitors using Self-Serve will see a message to try rescanning or get assistance from the front office (only if non-alphabetical characters were detected during the scan).
