Emergency Response Team (ERT) members will receive a text or automated call with drill and emergency alarm information, including location, when a panic button is activated from within their assigned Security Zone.
Once added, you can easily activate or deactivate an Emergency Response Team member using the toggle switch on the Emergency Response Team list.
You may optionally set a Weekly Schedule for each of your Emergency Response Team members. If no schedule is set for a team member they will receive messages at all times.

Disable ERT for Testing
Disabling Notifications for Testing
To ensure the system remains connected and operational, we recommend testing the integration every semester.
Prevent Notifications During Testing
- To avoid notifying all Emergency Response Team (ERT) members while multiple tests are being conducted, you can temporarily disable all ERT notifications:
- Navigate to the Emergency Response Team Settings
- In the 911Cellular Portal, go to Settings > Applications > Shared Configuration > Emergency Response Teams.
- Disable All ERT Notifications
- Select "Deactivate All ERT" to temporarily disable all ERT notifications during testing.
Reactivating ERT Notifications
- When testing is complete, reenable notifications by selecting "Activate All ERT".
- ⚠ Note: Selecting "Activate All ERT" will enable all listed ERT members. If some members should remain disabled, we recommend manually toggling on only those who need to be notified.
