What is guidance?

The Guidance widget is found in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, accessible through various tabs in Case Manager. Its content changes depending on the page the user is on, providing instructions or suggestions specific to that page.

 

 

User Permissions:

User must have Manage Guidance Permissions to complete the following steps.

Create New Guidance 

  1. Log into Case Manager.
  2. Select the Admin tab then select Manage Guidance node.
  3. Click the New Guidance Button. 
  4. Complete the following fields. 
    1. Title
    2. Title of guidance.
    3. Sections
      1. What page(s) guidance will be shown on.
    4. Content 
      1. What's to be included in instructions or suggestions.
    5. Attachment 
      1. Drop-and-drop a file, or browse to upload.
  5. Click Save.

Disable Guidance

  1. Log into Case Manager.
  2. Select the Admin tab then select Manage Guidance node.
  3. Hover over the Guidance user would like to disable.
  4. Click the three-dot Vertical Ellipsis.
  5. Select Disable.
