Identify Browser Extensions
Learn how to identify and manage browser extensions.
Navigate360 teams may ask what extensions are running on your browser in order to assist with troubleshooting. The steps below can help you identify these on the most common browsers.
Google Chrome
Open the Extensions Page:
- Click on the three vertical dots (menu) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
- From the dropdown, hover over More tools and then click Extensions.
- This page will show you all installed extensions.
Mozilla Firefox
Open the Add-ons Manager:
- Click the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top-right corner of Firefox.
- Select Add-ons and themes (or press Ctrl + Shift + A).
- In the Add-ons Manager page, click on Extensions in the left-hand menu to see all installed extensions.
Microsoft Edge
Open the Extensions Page:
- Click on the three horizontal dots (menu) in the top-right corner of Edge.
- Hover over Extensions and then click Manage extensions.
- This page will display all installed extensions.
Apple Safari
Open the Extensions Page:
- Click on Safari in the top-left corner (next to the Apple logo).
- Select Preferences from the dropdown.
- Click the Extensions tab in the Preferences window.
- In the Extensions tab, you'll see a list of installed extensions.
