Troubleshoot: ClassLink Sharing with Navigate360
Learn how to troubleshoot issues related to sharing through ClassLink with Navigate360 for seamless integration.
Navigate360 has implemented a unified sync for rostering data through ClassLink to our software platforms.
To ensure the optimal functionality, please ensure your ClassLink/SIS Administrator has set the ClassLink rules to share available data for all buildings including students, rosters, teachers, administrative and non-teaching staff.
To review your data in ClassLink:
- Login to the ClassLink Roster Console
- Click All Applications
- Search for Navigate360
- Review the Type column
- Full - you are sharing all data under ClassLink's Legacy rules
- Legacy - you are sharing partial data under ClassLink's Legacy rules
- “X Rule” (X shows the number of rules that are affecting the application) - you are sharing data subject to ClassLink's Rule-Based Permissions
- Click on the entry in the Type Column or the Edit icon
- Review the rules in affect and edit or remove as needed to allow all data to be sent to Navigate360
- More information on this is available on ClassLink's help page
- To ensure optimal functionality, please ensure rules are set to share available data for all buildings including students, rosters, teachers, administrative and non-teaching staff.
