📃Back-to-School Checklist
⏹️ Check your rosters. If the information is not correct, please verify the information with your SIS administrator. If further assistance is needed, then contact Navigate360 Tech Support at tech@navigate360.com.
⏹️ Test hardware. Make sure all your hardware is working properly. Test the ID scan and print a badge. Order printer supplies, if needed. Need help? Access our printer and hardware/consumables guides.
⏹️ Review users and notification settings. Review which users have access (site-specific or districtwide), located in "Users". Ask users to validate their account access by signing into https://schoolcheckin.net. For steps on how to access "Users”, click here.
⏹️ Review OffenderCheck notification settings. Review which users are receiving OffenderCheck notifications by visiting “OffenderCheck Alerts”, located in the “OffenderCheck” menu.
⏹️ Check your email filters. Ensure the navigate360.com and schoolcheckin.com domains are allowed in your district email/spam filters to ensure you receive important communications.

🔹 Check SIS Sync Status
Double-check that the correct number of students, parents/guardians, and staff are being synced via “Add/Edit Delete” under Students, Parents/Guardians, and Faculty & Staff menus.
🔹 Review Automated Reports
Revise or update automated reports and the recipient list by visiting “ReportsPLUS” located under Reports.
🔹 Review Purposes & Excuses
Add, revise, or remove any purposes or excuses for student late/tardy, early dismissal, volunteer, visitor, and vendor under “Purposes & Excuses”.
🔹 Review Users
Add or remove users based on staffing changes or update permissions as necessary under “Users”.
🔹 Review User Profile
Double-check your profile: Update name or email or if needed.
