Power users can update user information within PRT. Power users cannot update the information of other power users. 

 

For password resets, users should be encouraged to visit Forgot Your Password at https://learn.navigate360.com for self service resets.

 

 

  1. Log into https://learn.navigate360.com using your login credentials. 
  2. Under Power User Quick Links, click User Management
  3. Your users will populate on the screen. Locate the user you would like to edit and click on the three dots to the right 
  4. Click Edit on the drop down menu.
  5. You can now edit the user's information. 

Username and Email are connected fields and must be the same.

 
  1. When making changes, Power Users can click Next to access the the pages of the user's profile information. 
    1. If your organization uses branches, their connected branches can be updated on page 2.
    2. Pages 3 & 4 should not be modified by Power Users
  2. Click Review if you would like to summarize your changes and make any last minute edits. 
  3. When you have finished reviewing your updates, click Update and the system will amend the changes.
