Troubleshooting: Parent/Guardian Phone #
Pro tip for phone number formatting.
In the Parent/Guardian Notification section of the Suicide Risk Screening case type a user is required to fill in Parent/Guardian phone number.
Pro Tip:
Do not use dashes - - - in the phone number. This will not allow you to save and gives a user error.
Phone Number format should reflect: 5555555555 rather than 555-555-5555.
