From the cases menu, users may click to view a case and open a screen that says 504 Gateway Time-Out.
Troubleshooting
This error is usually caused by filters that were retained by the system from the last session.
This can usually be corrected by resetting the filters.
Click Reset Filter at the top of the case list to clear any active filters.
