Schedule Email Reports
Learn how to set up automated emailed Student, Visitor, Volunteer, Staff and Substitute reports.
Users can set up certain reports to be automatically emailed to them.
All reports, with the exception of the Staff Time Card Report, are sent in XLSX format. The Staff Time Card Report is sent in PDF format.
- Log into Visitor Management as a District Admin, Building Admin or Staff User
- Navigate to user profile by clicking the person icon on the side navigation menu and click Edit Profile.
- Click on Report Email Settings
- Users will see the below reports that can toggled on to be emailed:
- Student Attendance Report
- Visitor Report
- Volunteer Report (Note: Only available if Volunteer Management module was purchased)
- Staff Report
- Substitute Report
- Staff Time Card Report
- With the exception of the Staff Time Card report, all reports can all be configured with the below options:
- Report Frequency:
- Monthly - An email will be sent on the first day of every month containing a report of the previous month’s attendance.
- Weekly - An email will be sent every Monday containing a report of the previous week’s attendance
- Users can set either a specific building or all buildings that they have access to, to be included in the report.
- Report Frequency:
- The Staff Time Card Report can be configured with the below options:
- Report Frequency:
- Weekly - An email will be sent every Monday containing a report of the previous week’s Staff Attendance. (Note: this is the only report frequency available for this emailed report).
- Users can set either a specific building or all buildings that they have access to, to be included in the report.
