Volunteer Management Enhancements

The below enhancements require the Volunteer Management add-on subscription to Visitor Management. Please contact your Account Manager if you would like to learn more about Volunteer Management. 

Bulk Volunteer Manual Imports:

All users will see that the Bulk Volunteer Import template has been updated to include columns for the Preferred Volunteer Roles and School Buildings. This will allow users to ensure that all needed details, including the preferred role(s) and needed building(s), will be added to the Volunteer Profile created for each individual listed in the spreadsheet.

Issues to be Resolved

• Delayed loading times when searching for Students on the Self-Serve Kiosk.
• Badge Photo Brightness setting not being applied when printing Visitor Badges from the Self-Serve Kiosk.
• Late Check-in/Early Check-out mismatches when using a shared Attendance Code reason with PowerSchool Writebacks.
• PowerSchool Writebacks failing for students that were synced into VM via ClassLink.
