Navigate360 holds the copyrights to all materials created for the ALICE Training Program. Only individuals who have received an ALICE Instructor Certificate by completing the 2-day ALICE training class and Instructor e-Learning course online may use our materials in the following manner. All other uses are restricted. Only Navigate360 can conduct official ALICE training, issue individual ALICE certificates of any kind, or certify an organization (school district, hospital, etc.) as ALICE compliant.
Through the ALICE Blended delivery model (e-Learning + hands-on training), ACI’s may only provide training to their own organization, and law enforcement officers may train public entities, within their jurisdiction, while on duty. Any other use, whether commercial or educational, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Navigate360.
- Public Safety Officers: May train public entities, within their jurisdiction while on duty. (ie. Public schools)
- Non-Public Safety Officers: May only train within their own organizations through the blended delivery model.
- Any other use: Whether commercial or educational, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Navigate360.
