Dymo Printer Install

Navigate360 Visitor Management: Dymo Install Instructions: MacOS

  1. Leave Dymo printer disconnected from power and the computer. 
  2. Log into https://navigate360vm.com/login using your login credentials.  
  3. Navigate to the bottom left corner. Click on Device Settings. 
  4. Click on Download Printer Software button to initiate the download.  
  5. Open zip file DCSetup-mac.zip and run “DCDMacX.X.X.XXX.pkg” file. 
  6. Walk through the installation screens using the default options.  
    1. Introduction. Click Continue. 
    2. License. Click Continue. 
    3. Click Agree for the terms of the software license agreement. 
    4. Installation Type. Click Install. 
    5. Enter computer Admin's password. Click Install Software. 
    6. The installation was successful. Click Close. 
    7. If pop-up appears: "DYMO.WebApi.Mac.Host" wants access to control "Terminal", click OK to allow. 
    8. Enter computer Admin’s password. Click return/enter key. 
  7. Connect the power cord to the Dymo Printer. 
  8. Connect the USB cord to both the Dymo Printer and the computer. 
  9. Open Printers & Scanners on the computer. 
  10. If the printer is not listed, select “+” to add the Dymo printer. 
  11. Refresh the Device Settings page in the web browser. 
  12. Select the printer under the dropdown menus and select MacOS. 
  13. Setup complete! Printer is now connected and will be displayed in the browser. 
  14. If the Dymo Printer successfully connected and does not appear, please reboot your computer and follow steps 2 - 3 to get back to the Device Settings Menu. 
  15. IMPORTANT: Follow Dymo Connect Troubleshooting: MacOS steps.
