Admin Users

  • Have access to all tips submitted to any school
  • Set up Recipients and at least 1 Contact per school
  • Can add to Private Notes (with other Admin or Comm Center)
  • Can add to Team Comm (Contacts)
  • Can access statistical data and full audit

Recipients 

  • Typically a school but can also be an agency (like local police department)
  • A Recipient is a group of indviduals (Contacts)

Admin Contacts

  • Have access to tips submitted or delivered to their Recipient ONLY
  • Can add, edit, and delete the Contacts assigned to their Recipient (including permissions for each Contact)
  • Can add to Team Comm
  • Can access filtered audit

Recipient Contacts

  • Have access to tips submitted or delivered to their Recipient ONLY
  • Can add to Team Comm
  • Can access filtered audit
