EM Mobile Application Overview
Discover the key features and benefits of the EM mobile application for efficient emergency response.
Navigate360’s EM app is specifically built to assist K-12 schools in effectively managing their emergency response protocols. The EM mobile app includes a subset of features and functionality that are also included on the Navigate360 Emergency Management web application to provide school safety officials a mobile solution for ensuring safety and security of students and staff during and after an emergency.
Mobile Application Features:
Activate Alarm Slider
In times of crisis, every second counts. With Navigate360’s EM app, users can swiftly activate alarms using a simple slider on the mobile app's home screen. By having this capability directly on the home screen, users can receive immediate notification, allowing for prompt response and coordination.

Coordinating during an Alarm:
Real-time information is crucial during emergencies. Navigate360’s EM app equips school staff and safety officials with access to detailed alarm information in real-time, allowing for informed decision making and a tailored response for each specific situation.

The home screen helps users quickly and intuitively notice when there are active alarm(s), and allows navigation button to seamlessly navigate to view alarms in more detail. Should an additional incident occur or another building need an alarm activated, the Activate Alarm slider is always located and easily accessible from the home screen.

Rapid Alarm features a comprehensive display of all active alarms across the district or building(s) each user has access to.
Users can search or scroll to enter into each building's active alarm.
Emergency alarms always prioritized at the top of the list, followed by drill and training alarms.
Each alarm within the emergency, drill and training category is sorted by most recently activated.
The Active Alarm view enables role-specific views to deliver just-in-time information about the alarm, as well as navigation buttons to begin response or reunification workflows

The Active Details view enables administrators to view statistics and more detailed information to assist with critical decision making and coordination during an active alarm

Flipcharts: Accessing crucial safety information is made easy with Flipcharts. School staff can conveniently locate and review important safety protocols and guidelines directly from the Active Alarm page. This feature ensures that essential information is readily available, enhancing preparedness and response capabilities. (Flipcharts can be updated from the web application and are view-only on the mobile application.)


Roll Call: During emergencies, maintaining accountability is vital. Navigate360’s EM app facilitates efficient roll call processes, enabling school staff to swiftly account for individuals by Class, Student, Staff or Visitor* list.
Teaching staff can also submit their class(es), allowing Administrator insight into the number of classes that have had a complete Roll Call during a drill or emergency.
The Roll Call workflow ensures that no one is left unaccounted for, aiding in effective response and ensuring everyone's safety.

Reunification: Managing the reunification process can be complex, especially during high-stress situations. Navigate360’s EM app simplifies this process by allowing users to check-in students and guardians seamlessly in on-the-go situations. From start to finish, the app streamlines the entire reunification process, minimizing confusion and ensuring a smooth transition for both students and their guardians.
