Download Case Report 

  1. Log into Case Manager. 
  2. Select the Cases tab.
    1.  Alternatively, cases can be found on the homepage under Open Cases Assigned to You. 
      1. Select the View button to open a specific case.
  3. Next to the desired case, click the Vertical Ellipsis and select View. 
  4. Next to the case number, select the three-dot Vertical Ellipsis.
  5. In the drop-down menu, select Download/Print.
    6. Select the type of report:
    1. Overview: This is a brief report including basic case details. This report does NOT include vital case details or attached files.
    2. Detailed: This is a thorough report giving all information regarding the case.
      1. User can select to include attached files in Detailed Reports.
  6. Select Print.
     

Overview Reports: Only available for CSTAG and NTAC cases.
