Learn how you can use the Behavior Intervention Report to review data and trends at your district or school.
Both Admin and Instructor users can view the BI Report.
The data displayed within the report will depend on your user permissions. Only Admin Users will see school/district-wide information. Instructors will only see individual students on their rosters.
Step 1: From the Admin home page, click on the Reporting tab. From the drop down, click on “BI Reports” for Behavioral Intervention Reports.
Step 2: Use applicable filters to view the current school year’s Behavioral Intervention and Restorative Practice (BIRP) Reports at district/school.
Step 3: View Behaviors addressed with the number of lessons given. The Top 10, 20, or View All, can be selected in the upper right corner of the chart.
Step 4: View Interventions by Grade. Tier I, II, and III interventions are indicated using the legend in the bottom left corner.
Step 5: Scroll down to view All Intervention Lessons at the bottom of the report. Click “Export Results” to create a spreadsheet that can be shared in external stakeholder meetings.
