Camera Scanning - Troubleshooting
Learn how to troubleshoot why your ID is not scanning with your webcam for VMS.
This article will assist if you are experiencing any of these symptoms in the Visitor Management System:
- Camera feed will not load, displaying a black window.
- Pop-up window with the loading symbol appears but never progresses to the Scan ID page.
- After scanning the ID, you are shown the Processing ID page but does not continue to the Allow Entry and Print Badge page.
