Introducing…Hall Pass Plus!

Navigate360 Hall Pass Plus is a purchased add-on to PBIS Rewards. Hall Pass Plus replaces outdated systems with a digital solution that gives schools real-time insight into who is out of class, why, and for how long. It streamlines workflows, improves accountability, and keeps the focus where it belongs: on learning and safety. This major upgrade to basic hall pass functions enables teams to monitor student movement and set smarter limits, all within the PBIS Rewards platform, allowing you to prevent problems before they occur and act faster when they do. If your school does not have Hall Pass Plus, please reach out to your account manager to request information on adding it to your subscription.

Hall Pass Plus Features

• Building and Individual Limits – Admin will be able to set the total number of students in the school that can be on a hall pass at the same time and/or the total number of hall passes a student could be issued in a single day.
• Meet-up Blocking– Admin can see the students whose hall passes overlap the most with the Meet-up Report and then block them from being on a hall pass at the same time.
• Hall Pass Kiosk– Staff can create an authorization code that can be used to turn the Student App into a mobile station that will allow students to scan their ID Badge or printed QR code to be placed on or off of a hall pass on their own (similar to the scanning station that can be created to see the student balance).
• Individual Student Daily Passes Displayed– From the Staff Portal, Staff App, Student Portal or Student App the students and staff can see how many hall passes have been issued today for the student.
• See All Students on a Hall Pass– From the Staff Portal homepage, staff can see all the students that are currently on a hall pass as well as the location and duration of the pass.
• Specific Location Available– When the “Other” option is selected for a location, text can be included to indicate a specific location that may not be listed, like “Mr. Smith’s Classroom”, in order to pinpoint a student who may not be on a hall pass for a standard location.
• Take Attendance from the Group Page– Staff in the group page can select the Absent button located next to the Hall Pass button to mark students in that group absent.

Additional Updates for all PBIS Rewards Schools

• Student Portal and Student App color change to teal. New default header image on the Student Portal.
• New app icons for the student and family app.
• The point bubble located on each group from the groups tab displays the points earned for all of the students in the group, year to date.
• Schools that also have Navigate360 Emergency Management will have the option to display an alarm button on the staff portal and staff app that sends the user to the Navigate360 Emergency Management application.

This release also includes a brand new product called Navigate360 Hall Pass. This product has all the features of Hall Pass Plus but none of the other PBIS Rewards features like: Rewarding/Redeeming, CICO, SEL/Status Check, Teacher Rewards, or Messaging.
