Awareness Best Practices- P3
Learn best practices for increasing awareness around campus initiatives.
When it comes to making groups of students aware of the use of P3 Campus,
The P3 Campus student awareness lesson is designed for a small classroom environment where students feel safe talking about how and when to use the reporting solution. It is recommended that a trusted school staff member, who is known to the students, present this lesson. It can tie into already scheduled curriculum on bullying or suicide awareness or it can stand on its own to be presented in a homeroom or advisement class setting.
Champion staff, students, and organizations are key to getting buy-in from your school community.
Find a club or group of students who want to be champions for P3 Campus. They can organize awareness campaigns or hold contests on marketing ideas to promote P3 Campus in their school. Encourage technology classes to create videos around the importance of reporting. Also theatre classes can engage audiences with scenario acting that shows how reporting makes a difference. |

REMOVE THE STIGMA Pick a staff member, such as the principal, to randomly ask students to show them the P3 Campus app on their phone (or if they don’t have a phone, to ask them where they would go if they needed to make a report to P3 Campus). If they can show you the app on their phone or answer the question correctly, they are handed a $5.00 gift card. |
