When I launch a course, I get the error -- "Missing Key-Pair-Id query parameter or cookie value".

I have completed the course and the exit button does not work.

Some browser security settings prevent course content from executing the exit function.  Please close out the browser window in the top corner of the browser.

I do not see any navigation buttons or exit button on the course.

The typical reason for users not seeing the navigation buttons on the bottom-right or the exit button on the top-right of the course window is due to their browser's zoom feature being set to greater than 100%.

If your browser's zoom level is greater than 100%, try reducing it back to 100% to see all content including the buttons. For most browsers, this can be accomplished by holding down the Ctrl button while scrolling the middle mouse wheel.

I need to pay with a Purchase Order for ALICE Certified Instructor Training.

If you have your PO number ready, you can enter it. If you don’t or need an invoice first, enter the word “proforma” and complete the registration. A member of the accounting team will follow up.

I need to cancel or transfer my registration for ALICE Certified Instructor Training.

Please email planner@navigate360.com with your name, course location/date, and contact information along with any new class you want to attend (if applicable).

To transfer your registration to another person, please also include the name, email, and phone number of the new attendee.

My account is locked/disabled.

If your account is locked due to multiple failed sign-in attempts, it will unlock automatically after 10 minutes. For all other reasons, submit a Ticket through the Contact Us form and our Support Team can unlock your account.

I received this error during registration, “Registration with this email address is not valid”.

Contact your organization's learning administrator to verify that the email you are attempting to register was authorized by an invitation.

 I deleted or never received my eLearning invitation.

First, check your Junk or Spam Folder. You can request that an invitation be resent to you by your ALICE Administrator at your organization. Also, if you know what email address the invitation was sent to, you can go to portal.alicetraining.com and click register to set up an account using that specific email address, without needing the invitation link.

I want to change my email address in the eLearning portal.

Your email address is your unique identifier in the portal. You will need to submit a Ticket through the Contact Us form to have our Support Team change your email address.
